As a songwriter she has co-written lead singles with internationally acclaimed Scottish bands, such as Teenage Fanclub (Baby Lee) and Admiral Fallow (Beetle in the Box), lending lyrics and/or performances to tracks by Karine Polwart, Siobhan Wilson, Lapwing, The Great Albatross and many others. She has toured extensively in North America and Japan, including appearances on KCRW Radio’s taste-making show Morning Becomes Eclectic (LA), showcasing at SXSW (Texas) and NXNE (Toronto), as well as Foundland (Tokyo).
As a performing member of Vashti Bunyan’s band she has played countless legendary stages across the world. Her previous releases (including her last album – Murmuration – released in 2012) have been featured across the BBC Radio Network, including a Single of the Week on BBC Radio 2, features on BBC 6 Music (Radcliffe and Maconie / Guy Garvey), and in live session for BBC Radio 2.
